September was a very busy month.
Flesh & Blood Nationals weekend coincided with the release of Zendikar Rising, the latest Magic set. We've been frantically trying to reintegrate our FAB Singles inventory into the store while fulfilling a whirlwind of orders for you guys. As a result there may be a day or two delay on top of our usual overnight delivery; we really appreciate your patience!
There's no rest for the wicked though; as although plenty's been done, there's plenty more on the horizon. Here's a quick rundown of all the cool events happening at your friendly local game store.
October 2nd-4th | Calico Birthday Weekend
The Keep turns 1 this weekend! We've printed 50 iconic playmats for the occasion, designed by our talented artist friend Danny Yuen. If that wasn't enough, we're also having 3 fantastic events across 3 days!
6:30pm Friday, October 2nd - Mystery Booster Draft
It seems like an age ago when Mystery Boosters graced the earth and suddenly vanished. Re-live the anxiety of choosing between two excruciatingly tough first-picks for $30.00!
11:00am Saturday, October 3rd - Magic Legacy Event
Dust off your Ad Nauseams, sleeve up your Volcanics, it's Legacy time!
Battle it out for the elusive Secret Lair: The Enemy Fetchlands; you'll also earn some Store Credit if you miss out on the top prize but place highly!
11:00am Sunday, October 4th - Flesh and Blood Blitz Win-a-Box
Just your standard Win-a-Box... except the format is Blitz, and the box is a Welcome to Rathe Alpha Print.
October 10th | Kiitos Launch Party
Play Kiitos with New Zealand game developer and creator Matthew Thredgold!
October 30th - September 1st | Magic: Commander Legends Pre-Release Weekend
Celebrate the launch of Commander Legends with an epic draft, 3 weeks before the launch of the set!!
Each player is seated in a pod of up to 8 players to draft a 60-card deck from three 20-card booster packs with a special twist; you get to take 2 cards per pick!

Saturdays, October 17th onwards | War-gaming Meet-up
Wargamers rejoice! We'll be setting aside our play space every Saturday from October 17th onwards, just for you. While Warhammer will be the most popular option, you're welcome to play whatever system you like!
Thursdays, October 1st onwards | Magic: Pioneer
Shuffle up for Pioneer!
